Every night Austin Davis (founder of AZ Hugs) is on social media fighting to bring awareness and urgent support to the growing crisis of family homelessness. This is a grassroots, community-driven mutual aid effort and together with your help, we are currently providing safety and stable shelter to over 60 families across multiple hotels, protecting more than 120 children from sleeping on the streets.

Right now, we are racing to raise $3,000 to provide emergency shelter and critical resources for families tonight (10/19/26) who were recently and abruptly displaced from other local shelters.
When you help us provide emergency shelter, you do so much more than just keep a roof over a family's head. Every single family who comes through our doors fills out an intake form so we can immediately begin navigating them toward long-term stability:
Education & Youth Support: We coordinate directly with the Head Start and McKinney-Vento programs to get children enrolled in school right away.
Long-Term Housing: We are actively working alongside Valley King to match our families with permanent, stable housing options.
Jobs & Healthcare: We connect individuals with vital employment opportunities and essential medical care to ensure they can thrive on their own.
