This refund policy applies to all t-shirts sold by AZ HUGS. We are committed to ensuring satisfaction for our supporters while maintaining our focus on our charitable goals. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. T-shirts must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. T-shirts showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for refunds. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team in the contact page. After your refund request is approved, return the t-shirt to the specified address. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Exchanges for items of the same value are available. The same refund process applies for exchanges.As a non-profit organization, your support is crucial to us.
